Cabronas are women who lead in their families and communities. Strong, beautiful and courageous. They are mothers, sisters, god-mother’s, cousins, counselors, teachers, cooks, and healers. They cross borders, move mountains and course new paths for those under their care and love.

This is individual therapy for people that are used to being leaders, taking care of others and not always prioritizing themselves. You are the heart of our communities! Your mental health and healing are important. I utilize a strength-based, somatic, trauma-informed and culturally empowering approach to our work together. We will practice how to make space for yourself, your feelings and create a life where you get to thrive. Our healing can include addressing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health conditions. I have focused training in somatics and trauma, individual and collective.
